Helical-Hypoid gear units is a new generation of product developed by our company. With a compromise of advanced technology both at home and abroad, its main features are as follows :

7. The mounting dimension of this series are compatible with HMRV series worm gear unit


Main Materials Helical Geared Motor


1. Housing: die-cast aluminium alloy (frame size : 040to075);

2. Gear wheel: 20CrMnTi, Carbonize and quencher heat treatment make the hardness of gears surface up to 58-62 HRC, retain carburization layers thickness between 0.8 and 1.2 mm after precise grinding.
